“it was put on my policy that I have had a malignancy which is not true. I now have a note on the system to say its not true but really should have been issued with a new policy”

“I have always used Globelink travel insurance and been very satisfied. This time I tried to arrange it all on line but failed, being of the older generation but when I rang to explain my problems the lady could not have been more helpful and sorted it all out for me promptly.”

“Concise and simple to arrange. One small query, it didn't seem possible to arrange cover for an existing condition, unless we didn't follow the site correctly. No problems at the moment, as no condition that requires a sur-charge according to the list, and not on any medication, but could be an issue in the future.”

“Value for money and comprehensive coverage are important when purchasing holiday insurance. But also important is the quality of service provided by the broker; Globelink have always been excellent in this respect, with early notification of an impending renewal, and instant delivery of new documents. The staff are invariably friendly and very well briefed on their products. I was unfortunate enough to have to make a claim for a serious foreign holiday accident some years ago, and their response was superb, from the moment of notifying them of my situation, until they brought me home. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Globelink to family and friends, and will continue to use their services in perpetuity. They are an outstanding company.”
