“Site is good and easy to use. I am very happy with the service I have received on this and other occasions. Luckily for me, I have not had to contact Globelink whilst I have been away from home so I am unable to comment on this.”

“I found the website easy to follow and the form easy to fill in. When I needed to email about a problem with my credit card the response was quick and efficient. I then telephoned the person who replied to my email (Jordan) and found her to be very polite, pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Globelink to anyone.”

“What relief when I managed to get our insurance with Global Link to travel to the U.S and Canada . I had tried many other insurance companies without success ,they either would not accept us as we did not live in the U.K, (we live in France now ) could not give enough medical cover or would not insure me as I have predisposing medical conditions i.e Type 2 diabetes and hypertension which are both under control and have never caused me to be hospitalised I bought the insurance over the phone from extremely helpful lady ( I wish I could remember her name ) Who was very patient with my anxieties . So now we can go safely on our cruise with to coin a phase " with no worries" The price of the insurance for both my husband and I is very reasonable. Thank you Global Link !”

“My first contact with GLobelink Travel Insurance is very positive. Firstly I am impressed that there is no penalty for being a 70 year old traveller. I am in the fullness of health - as good as people much younger. Secondly I was impressed with you presenting a credit card memo so that if there was need to contact you, all the details are at hand. “This is the second time I have used Globelink. I am Australian resident in Scotland. First was when I was overseas and realised I had run out of Insurance with my regular years policy. This time for extended cover of 6 months travelling to Hong Kong, Australia and South America with the added choice of repatriation to Australia. As I am almost 65 I was not looking forward to the options but was pleasantly surprised when the quote was given. Staff very helpful. Thanks Globelink - I have never had to use Travel Insurance and hope my luck continues!”

“Even though I achieved what I wanted - basic travel insurance covering luggage, cancellation, accident etc, by opting out of any medical cover for a pre-existing condition, it would be useful if you provided an option to quote for "full" medical cover, including the pre-existing, just for comparison purposes.”

“As an Expat living in Spain it wasn't easy to find a competitive Annual Multi-Trip policy on the Web. They all required you to be a UK resident. When you eventually find an EU policy most were more expensive with fewer benefits. Having researched the market again this year I renewed my policy with Globelink.”

“Easy to use online, Reasonable prices. I like the fact that Globelink treats certain common pre-existing conditions which are stable and with no serious side issues like high blood pressure, as standard because a lot of other travel insurance companies charge a ridiculous extra premium for them.”
