“Excellent company to deal with. The facility to exclude pre-existing conditions is very welcome, and the price is very good. The web site is easy to use and this is by far the easiest travel insurance to arrange that we've ever had. Also great that when you phone, a real peson answers the phone and quickly! Fortunately, I've never had to make a claim, so I've left one star as I don't know what it would be like to make one, but I have absolutely no complaints to date.”

“This review relates only to the website and buying process. The website is really well done and simple to use, with a clear pricing policy so in theory you know what cover you are paying for. ( having not had to claim I can't comment on anything else)”

“The last 4-5 years i am travel a lot Never never had a problems , and never never had complains But 2-3 of my friends had. And everything was absolutely fine with them I hope will never complain 🙏🙏🙏 In the moment i have insurance ready for Philippines After 1 months will have for 🇺🇸 After 3 months for Zimbabwe 🙏 So good luck and thank you I am happy with you”
