“We were struggling to find a policy to suit our particular requirements .However we now have a policy that suits us however our peace of mind comes at considerable cost but another company’s quote was significant more expensive”

“I have been asked to write a review. The process of obtaining the Insurance policy was a simple procedure and the questions I emailed the company before purchasing were answered in a timely fashion and with clear answers. I purchased an annual cover as I live in Spain and travel frequently to the UK and the USA. However, to me, the proof of an excellent company is how they treat their customers when a claim is submitted. Until then, it is only possible to review the purchasing process, which as said was fairly simple”

“Easy to navigate site. Options well explained. We are Brits living in France and many other insurance companies don't offer cover. One slight negative – it wasn't immediately obvious on the site where to find the list of countries included in the European cover. I found it eventually though.”

“Although you can never be sure how good an insurance company is until they have to pay out (and I'm glad to say I haven't had to make a claim so far), I am very happy with the service, the premium and the ease of booking and renewing online with Globelink. The only criticism would be, if you have no trips planned for a little while after your policy expires you get bombarded far too much with renewal reminders until you finally get round to renewing.”
