“Very helpful telephone contact...professionally conducted the renewal request. A bit unhappy that my premiums had increased by 30 pound since the previous renew letter I received from you, hence only a 4 star rating .”

“I have just changed my travel insurance provider of many years to Globelink, purely because of the premium costs being a better deal against my previous provider. Any insurance is only as good as the time when you come to claim. My previous provider was excellent in this respect, so I will see how Globelink performs, if and when it comes to making a claim”

“As with all insurance, the proof of the pudding is in the eating -- which we hope we will never have to do! However, the presentation of the policy, together with the impressive list of non reportable health conditions, are commendable. Easy to read, easy to understand and easy to purchase. Full marks on all three.”

“The buying process was clear, though I was staggered to find how expensive it is to insure an 80 year old with NO history of major health conditions. The quality of the service would become clear if a claim had to be made.”

“I found the link to Globelink online. Phoned them up and purchased our travel insurance. they were very helpful and professional and gave us a very competitive price as my husband is over 70. Also the fact that a large list of pre existing medical conditions are included. I have already recommended them to a friend who has purchased her travel insurance through them.”

“I was travelling abroad and my annual insurance which only lasts for 21 days ran out . I searched on line for insurance as I was continuing my travel. I found Globelink reasonably priced and easy to arrange. Thankfully I didn’t need it”

“I have not used this travel insurance yet while travelling, so may be in the future I will be able to rate the real service in more details. So far, what I like of this insurance, is that you provide MULTIPLE trips and you cover EU residents. I also like the fact that you have a direct telephone number here in Spain which makes the purchase process easier. Thanks Elena”

“Just because my husband has now turned 71 there is no reason to significantly more than double the premium. Statistics show that people of this age and above are now in better health than many in their 50's, who are now very obese, so check your facts before penalising the elders.”

We are sorry Underwriters imposed a price increase with age band changes but do always offer a 10% discount to help cover some of these costs.
