“Straightforward purchase. However, I do think the medical excess is too high, after all, you take out insurance to cover you for risk. £100 to £150 would be acceptable.”

We have kept the medical excesses low on our Economy and Regular policies for shorter trips of up to 60 days but while we have been able to maintain longer trip durations and competitive premiums the medical excess does increase, subject to age on the comprehensive policies.

“It's a very qyick and straight forward. The only thing missing is a PDF copy of the policy. At the moment I can only print on paper.”

“An easy to follow website, the price competitive in the market but why not allow your customers to pay with an AMEX card? You're in danger of losing business as I, for one, hesitated to press 'PAY'.”

All of our online transactions are handled by a secure payment site called Worldpay, we do not take Amex but they do take all other payment cards in different currencies as well as PayPal.

“I was dealt with courteously and efficiently in a very pleasant manner. My queries and questions were answered thoroughly and fully explained. I decided to buy my insurance from you because I felt it represented value for money compared to your competitors quotes. You have made me happy so far but of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating, which I hope we do not have to do.”

Dear Mr Moloney, you were given 3 policy options based on your travel dates with a summary of cover for each policy option directly below each price, initially you selected the Economy policy which has no cover for your baggage and purchased this via the website, however, you have since upgraded your policy to the Regular via a call to the office, we have cancelled and re-issued your new certificate of insurance and emailed the policy directly back to you as requested. We hope that you enjoy your trip.

“One of the few companies that allow you to have travel insurance when you are an expat living in Spain. Although I was confused when the letter, reminding me to renew our annual travel insurance only gave me the option of Worldwide inc the Americas or Worldwide not including the Americas. Just because we opted for that one year, does not mean, we plan world wide trips the following year.”
