“brought a van and a car through RICHARD PRICE Sales Consultant Richard was outstanding in dealing with us as in the end we cancelled the van and went for two cars, he was more then happy to swap all paper work and reissue its been a pleasure working with Richard and the staff at global vans regards mark @ optimized metal”

“Will never use again!! On buying my third vehicle through Global Vans, they were unwilling to assist with a fault with the vehicle only 4 days after it was delivered. When the windscreen heater was first used, the windscreen had a crack appear across it but they claimed there was no damage noted when it was delivered, so they wouldn't assist. They also claimed that the dealership that the vehicle came from were unwilling to assist. I asked for the details of the dealership and was told that they would not give me the details of the dealership that sold me the vehicle but no reason why not. As well as this, when the vehicle was first delivered, I had to ask the driver to take the vehicle to the local car wash as it was filthy. I'll never be going back to Global Vans for another vehicle.”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I understand you had your new vehicle delivered on the 9th February and signed the delivery note to say all was fine with the vehicle. You then contacted us on the 14th February to say you have a crack across the windscreen. We will always to try to resolve any vehicle issues, I can see you've raised your concerns to our complaints dept. who will contact you shortly. Thank you for choosing to lease through us and I hope we can supply you again in the future.
