“Cant recommended Olivier Thomas enough, he help source us a new van in 2019 he listen to what we wanted and got it sorted. we made contact with Oliver again this month as our hp was running out, he gave us our options and them refinance our van, all was sorted within a few days. very happy customer.”

“Contacted global vans for a quote on a new citroen van, spoke with jason perry who advised me on the right contract to suit my needs, got me a very good deal and explained all the details to me, couldn't ask for more, looking forward to my new van, brilliant service, thoroughly recommend global vans.”

“We needed a van quickly while other companies were quoting 6 - 12 months Dave Taylor @GlobalVans sorted one out. It met our requirements and was delivered in 2 weeks. Dave's customer service was great, he kept in touch by email or phone to let me know the progress of the order. Ella Williams organised the delivery and again she kept me up to date, we had a slight hiccup with delivery but Ella sorted it out promptly with the courier company so it wasn't an issue. Would use again!”

“From my first phone call to enquire about a van lease and speaking to Jason Perry to the go on and then lease a van the process was really simple and Jason is a credit to the company for the way he explained the process to me and was also one of the reasons why I decided to go with global vans for my van”

“awful avoid at all costs . placed an order for a van on 27th October 2021 for delivery early January 2022, still hadn’t arrived by 10th February so called to chase it myself as we had no contact from ‘Global Vans’ to be told it would now be early april or may 2022 - 7 months …..I dont think so, so I looked else where and found the same van and had it delivered within 4 days. Now Global Vans are refusing to give me back my deposit of £550 - Shocking service, called 3 times now & no one returns your calls !!!”

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a van in October with a 12 week lead-time. We advised you in January that there was a delay in production and we offered you an alternative vehicle that was in stock which you agreed to switch into. You later contacted us to cancel that order. I've asked our resolution manager to give you a call to discuss.
