Great Experiance dealing with Jacob Meek at Global Vans. Managed to source 2 vans for me within a short time frame, great price and outstanding communication. Will be using Jacob again later in the year when a couple more of our fleet are up for renewal.

Initially I was impressed with the service I received from Jacob at Global Vans : after they had taken our deposit, and agreed the purchase price of our trade in, things went rapidly downhill, with little or no help from their Aftersales Dept.Our initial request was the van to be fitted with its own ‘stand alone Sat Nav’ When the van arrived, no Sat Nav. other than Apple Car Play. This feature is useless when you are trying to use the Bluetooth Phone. Little or NO VOLUME!! When questioned about this I was told ‘ it has Sat Nav. yes, Apple Car Play. NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! The problem is still outstanding. Problem 2. The ply lining that is fitted, looks like it’s been fitted by a school boy: rips, holes drilled in the wrong place; I’ll fitting : raw edges un sanded. Etc. Problem 3: As we constantly use ladders, a request was sent for a Roof Rack to be fitted on collection . Guess what, no roof rack. Problem 4: Expensive wheels fitted with NO locking wheel nuts. Problem 5: Delivery date came and went. It was some 8 days late, and then we had to deliver our van back to Bristol and pick up the new van at our cost. We opted to do this to save time, but when the day came to collect the van, there was no one from Global Vans to hand the van over to us. This in my mind is exceedingly ignorant, and bad PR. It’s almost as though, thanks for your order, now onto the next. I have to say that Global will be the ultimate losers, as we have the need for 3 further vans coming up for renewal over the next 6 months; our business will go elsewhere If m afraid. What a bad experience we are having to put up with, and it’s still on going. Philip Knight. Managing Dir. KCSL Ltd.

We are really happy at Reynolds Blinds, Shutter & Interiors! Jacob Meek was absolutely superb in finding us the perfect vans at an affordable price and they turned up today! Our Fitters are over the moon with their new Vans and we can't wait to get more ordered. We will definitely be going back to Global Vans and Jacob when we need a few more. Also a big thank you to Alice Laflin for all her help getting our Vans delivered on time and for her 5* communication skills. All in all, we had a great experience and happily give a 5* recommendation!

We delt with Olivier Thomas and he was very friendly and helpful. He did find us the original van we wanted but he got screwed over with it by someone at the dealership who sold the van even when we sealed the deal (NOT HIS FAULT) Olivier and Richard then clbbed together to get us another van, not the one we wanted but never the less, they got us a van for our business and got us a really good deal too so me and my business partner are happy customers

Charlie has gone above and beyond with making my experience with Global Vans phenomenal- he answered all my questions with great detail and was extremely good with his communication. He gave me genuine advice and cares for the client he is dealing with. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a van to go through Charlie, I am looking to buy another van next year and Charlie is the only guy I would go through to get this! thank you so much

Thanks to Gino at Global, managed to secure my van and offered me a refinance deal to keep it rather than paying a huge chunk. Great customer service that actually makes you feel listened to, I never normally leave review but this is heavily warranted. J Lucas.

Charlie was very helpful and efficient in helping us find a van Given the speed in which we required a van Charlie listened to my requirements and found some suitable options From initial inquiry to sorting out the finance this was done within just over a day which is impressive Great customer service, no pushy sales and kept me updated along the way

Shockingly Poor Aftersales Service. Promises of contact, but no followthrough. When things go wrong they blame and try to shift responsibility. Both vehicle manufacturers and Finance companies expressed dissatisfaction about the service we received from GlobalVans and have started their own investigations into the mishandling.

Hi Angus, thank you for your feedback. I understand you've had a technical issue with one of your vehicles. The manufacturer should cover the problem under warranty. As standard you wouldn't automatically get a courtesy vehicle from the service centre, we would always recommend a maintenance contract with a replacement vehicle if this is important to you. We will of course try to help as much as we can, I've asked our aftersales dept. to contact you.

Dan Bond was incredibly helpful, personable and reliable in finding me a van. He listened to my requirements and found me the perfect, affordable van which has just been delivered fresh out of the factory. The whole process was super easy, thanks Dan!
