We researched van leasing for several months, and consistently came back to Global Vans and their original quote (accompanied by excellent customer service). We dealt with Justin throughout the sales process, he was extremely patient with our questions and queries, always giving us the answers with an audible smile! We have been really impressed with communication, service, timescales, and more. It couldn't have been a smoother process, and all done speaking to professional and happy people. Extra special shout out to Justin & Konni for their tireless enthusiasm & patience! We are absolutely delighted and would absolutely recommend!

We’ve been working with Connor at Global Vans over the past year to arrange two new vans on lease, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. He’s been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without ever being pushy. Connor made the whole process really straightforward and stress-free, and he’s genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Harry has been very responsive, friendly and incredibly helpful in regards to helping me get a van via finance lease. He provided clear answers to my consistent questioning as this is my first time financing a vehicle, but Harry took away any stress by making this a smooth process. Would highly recommend Harry and Global Vans and will be using them in the future.

Very disappointed with global vans. Initially the sales girl was very polite, however tried to contact her and after several call back requests and emails, was told by a manager she had left the company. This left me with a verbal conversation that wasn’t adhered to and Ben from management was very unhelpful. This left me to write this review as I thought his attitude was very unhelpful. So in a nut shell , the sales team just want a quick sale, get their commission and then leave. That’s what it seems to me anyway. Won’t be using them again.

Elliott Watts from Global Vans is awesome! He did such a great job for me. He handled everything, so I didn't have to stress or spend hours on the phone with my business vehicle, which is super important. I was really looking forward to getting my van replaced, and it made me even happier. I'm a busy guy running a small construction company, and Elliott totally made my day by sorting everything out. He's a great guy who does his job really well. Thanks again to Elliott Watts and Global Vans!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Global Vans has been deeply disappointing. They retained a £1,280 holding deposit—rebranded as a “cancellation fee”—despite the fact that circumstances changed before any finance documents were signed. This was only 3 days after placing the initial order and as a broker, they really didn't do anything ! As this very review site states "Refunds Process DIFFICULT" I’ve contacted the FCA (reference number and contact details available), who believe Principle 6 (“a firm must pay due regard to the interests of its customers and treat them fairly”) may have been breached. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of Global Vans’ practices. From the outset, I encountered a lack of empathy and rigid policies that left no room for reasonable discussion. I sincerely regret engaging with this company. Many brokers offer vehicle solutions with little to no holding deposit and treat clients with understanding when circumstances change. Global Vans, by contrast, responded with inflexibility and indifference. If you're considering using them, I strongly recommend exploring other options. My experience has been one of frustration and disappointment—and I fully expect an equally rigid and unmoving corporate response to this review, as I’ve received before.

Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback. I understand you ordered two vans for your business in mid-August and then contacted us late-August to cancel them. There are costs involved in reserving you stock and processing orders, we do aim to keep cancellation fees to a minimum. I hope we can supply you again in the future.
