“My first contact was by phone, I was greeted by Mark Hulin. I explained what I was looking for but did not really know much about the procedures involved. He explained everything in plain English which gave me all the information I required to make my decision as to whether proceed with Global vans or search elsewhere. Based on Marks clear information and friendly professional attitude I did not hesitate to continue. There were a few bumps along the way regarding the finance company but Mark had faith in me and the information I had given and requested the finance company revisit the application as it would appear they had made an oversight in their decision, he kept me informed at all times and this was proven to be the case and all ended with my new Ford Transit being delivered on December 19th. I would not hesitate to use Global Vans again and will probably be looking to secure a further vehicle in 2025 will be requesting Mark to arrange. Regards Andy Stevens Director”
