“Extremely poor service, for me they don’t even get on the rating scale, but to post this comment I have to score them. I placed an order online on 11 December and since the initial order confirmation, I haven’t received an update or the order itself.
My recommendation given my experience to date of Glasgow Distillery, is don’t purchase from this company until they can ensure improved and consistent customer service.”
“I ordered a personalised gift bottle of the 1770 for an Italian whiskey lover's birthday, plus a hip flask for Christmas. When we realised that we had ordered too close to the date required, we phoned the company who pulled out all the stops to ensure that the order arrived on time. I must say that the bottle, the box and the flask all look superb and make gifts I would be delighted to receive myself. I only hope the recipient lets me taste what's inside!”

Due to the other part of your order being our limited edition bottles which were on 'pre-order'. These were not ready to be shipped at the time of dispatch of your gift set. We decided to fulfil part of our customer orders and send the rest when we were able so our customers could enjoy what was available at the earliest date. Our Limited Edition releases were, as stated in the item description, due to be dispatched from the week commencing the 6/12/21 as they were pre-orders. We are processing through a large volume of orders and working as fast as possible to get these out to our customers within an acceptable timeframe aligning with the dates we set out at the initial sale event.
