“having bought these 2 bottles of whisky they came well packed and protected and very quick delivery but the quality of individual box was of poor quality cardboard quite flimsy compared to the old-style box”

“I received an email and text from your courier (DPD) advising me of my delivery date and time , but it never arrived , but did arrive the following day - fortunately. This is useless as I had made arrangements to be in as it has to be signed for - very poor service by DPD.
Also the whisky carton you use is cheap and flimsy for the weight its expected to support . The card tears easily . I have complained about this before, but nothing has changed.”
