My order has not even arrived yet due to Glasgow Distillery failing to provide my full address to UPS, your chosen courier. I waited in for delivery and had no communication from the courier to advise that they were abandoning their delivery attempt. I contacted your customer services and was told the order would arrive yesterday. It did not. I will not order from Glasgow Distillery again.

My latest order delivery was rescheduled twice , and then delivered to a newsagents in Irvine , 10 MILES away ! instead of to my son's address in Kilmarnock. There was no proof of any attempted delivery by UPS ie card with parcels whereabouts etc , and I had to track it down and get my son to make the 20 mile round trip to collect it , I personally would never use UPS as they are very unreliable and do not respond to complaints.

I still haven’t received the package despite being told by UPS it would be delivered for the last 3 days. Absolute joke!!

Disappointing Service, Ordered 3 bottles on Friday 22/04/22 it is now 01/05/22 and I have still not been notified of when my purchases will be delivered, extremely poor service, I will not be using them again.

Hi Ian, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. Your parcel was shipped and delivery was attempted within the standard 3-5 working days that we state on our website. UPS were at the time not able to deliver the parcel to you, perhaps there was no one home. Your package, as outlined in the email that we sent to you, was delivered to your local UPS pickup point as a result of a failed attempted delivery. You can see the detail of this by using the tracking number provided (also included in the email). Extremely poor service, for me they don’t even get on the rating scale, but to post this comment I have to score them. I placed an order online on 11 December and since the initial order confirmation, I haven’t received an update or the order itself. My recommendation given my experience to date of Glasgow Distillery, is don’t purchase from this company until they can ensure improved and consistent customer service.

I ordered 2 bottles of 50 cl and a miniature selection gift set. when deliverd the box only contained the gift set .

Hi Davy, Due to the other part of your order being our limited edition bottles which were on 'pre-order'. These were not ready to be shipped at the time of dispatch of your gift set. We decided to fulfil part of our customer orders and send the rest when we were able so our customers could enjoy what was available at the earliest date. The remainder of your order will be shipped, as planned, in the next few days. Kind Regards

Hello Matt Our Limited Edition releases were, as stated in the item description, due to be dispatched from the week commencing the 6/12/21 as they were pre-orders. We are processing through a large volume of orders and working as fast as possible to get these out to our customers within an acceptable timeframe aligning with the dates we set out at the initial sale event. We are happy to say that orders have, since yesterday, been making their way to our customers. I have looked into your case specifically and can see that it will be dispatched today. Hello Jim, Your order of our limited edition release has not been dispatched yet because the sale event was for pre-orders. This is indicated in the description section of each of our limited edition bottles. We will be dispatching these bottles this week. I have already tried to contact you through your site, my item arrived damaged one of the two glasses was broken during delivery. At time of purchase I did not realize you were in hillington or I would have collected my order. Could you advise me on how to claim a replacement glass?

Gin was leaking on arrival as cap was not tight. Very poor service from UPS delivery service. The only reason I gave a star was because the gin is good. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again as this is my second order and the second time I have had problems and the Glasgow distillery has not even bothered to respond to my email to customer services

Unfortunately UPS sends out an incorrect email confirming delivery between 9.15 am and 13.15 automatically. UPS are aware that the system does this, but ignores it. So 4 hours of a day are wasted waiting for a delivery that is never going to happen. This happened with my first order made months ago and with this latest order. Now Glasgow Distillery also know this and not only do nothing to prevent it, but also still retain UPS. Therefore their customer service and consideration is non-existent and whilst they make an excellent scotch it now sticks in my throat.

I ordered express martini gift set. The coffee liqueur bottle had leaked all over the contents- over half was missing. I have emailed and complained and have not had the curtesy of any reply! The bottle top wax loose and had not been screwed on securely. Extremely disappointed and even more frustrated with lack of customer after care. Maybe this will provoke a response

Speedy delivery, however, was personalised bottle, wrong label is on it. I'm unable to email as wont send, non reply email, have left 2 messages by phone, no response. Disappointed as for a birthday gift
