“I really don't want to be petty but the label has been applied to the bottle really poorly and it is all wrinkled. I appreciate it's a small batch and you're a relatively small company but it just felt pretty poor when the bottle is being advertised as limited edition. It doesn't feel very special. It's a present for someone and it just doesn't look very... professional? So while it's annoying and not something I'm really happy with, it doesn't feel like I can ask for a replacement so I'm just stuck with it.”

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. Your parcel was shipped and delivery was attempted within the standard 3-5 working days that we state on our website. UPS were at the time not able to deliver the parcel to you, perhaps there was no one home. Your package, as outlined in the email that we sent to you, was delivered to your local UPS pickup point as a result of a failed attempted delivery. You can see the detail of this by using the tracking number provided (also included in the email).

My ORDER ID is 13057, and in China the customs said the total price of this package is above 1000rmb, so this package can't be cleared, and it should be sent back. So when you received my package can I return one bottle? maybe choose the triple distilled one to be returned.
Our Chinese customs had helped to make a note on the system to apply for a return. They asked me to contact the sender to provide the return authorization to UPS abroad.
After receiving the return authorization, the customs can help to submit materials to apply for a return. So pls approve the returning authorization asap, otherwise, the parcel will be destroyed.”
