I received an email and text from your courier (DPD) advising me of my delivery date and time , but it never arrived , but did arrive the following day - fortunately. This is useless as I had made arrangements to be in as it has to be signed for - very poor service by DPD.
Also the whisky carton you use is cheap and flimsy for the weight its expected to support . The card tears easily . I have complained about this before, but nothing has changed.
