“My first experience ordering directly from the distillery. Unfortunately, there was a problem on the courier's side. Seb at the distillery was fantastic. He managed the problem professionally and promptly. I have never been disappointed with their whisky and am looking forward to sampling my current purchases. I will definitely be returning.”
“The citrus vodka is delcious! Delivery is good and well packaged. Was kept up to date with delivery times and I was able to kove the delivery date back really easily.”
“I am very impressed at the ease of ordering and the extremely quick delivery.
The item was well packaged and the recipient was delighted. Thank you Glasgow Distillery.”
“I have dealt with the Glasgow Distillery on many an occassion purchasing their various whiskies as and when they become available to purchase. They have always been easy to deal with and when I have had a tour with them at the distillery, they are very friendly people to deal with. Nothing is ever an issue with any of the staff and I am enjoying the various expressions that they are producing on a regular basis. All in all, a great company to deal with, great people and a great product. I will be purchasing for many years to come. Keep up the good work guys and you too Libby.”
“Easy ordering
Collected next day as stated
Order was nicely packed -bottles wrapped in tissue, branded carrier bag, which was useful as my order was a gift”
“It is very easy and quick to order online from The Glasgow Distillery, the order arrives within a few days well wrapped so their delivery rating is excellent, I have ordered from this company a few times now and highly recommend it.”
“Ordering on line has never been a challange, quick and easy with fast delivery and god packaging.
Ordered this particular bottle after a V-Tasting on Saturday 4th April via NEWAS.”
“Great quality products, I've used several times before. Highly recommended! This was a present for my Husband. Would be great if you could offer discreat packaging so my husband doesn't know what it is before his birthday, as he got to the delivery before I could get there.”
“Dreadful service from DPD
Insisted on ID to be seen from the receiver, in this case a gift for his 21st birthday
On one occasion an adult at the house was not allowed to receive as she did not have ID. She is over 40 years old
Ridiculous
In the end, had to pay extra £4.99 to have it delivered on the Saturday”
