“I was expecting to receive my KitchenAid Espresso machine 3-5 days after placing my order, however I was absolutely delighted to have notification that it was arriving the very next day!! Fantastic products (I also bought the KitchenAid Coffee Grinder)and absolutely outstanding service from Snellings Gerald Giles. Highly recommended retailer!”

“What a great price and great service! Placed the order in the afternoon by close of play DHL had already collected and the next morning (first thing!) the doorbell was ringing DHL delivered!”

“I am ever so pleased with my kitchen aid pastry beater which included a free additional pastry book, Great finds to be had. my online shopping experience was made really easy and thought Gerald Giles/Snellings to be a lovely company to buy from, I experienced a very smooth transaction and my parcel was packed really well, the delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend and encourage any customers reading this to use Gerald Giles as the service was really brilliant. 😀”

“When the Dryer was unpacked by the delivery Crew it was found to be dented . On the positive side another machine was delivered 3 days later. We were advised beforehand when we were recontacted by phone that the replacement machine would be checked before it was loaded onto the van to assure that it too wasn'tdamaged. This did not happen as the machine packing was untouched . However I am quite happy to give 5 stars since both delivery crews were great on all levels.”
