“This review is not for Gerald Giles. I did not buy from Gerald Giles. I used Snellings of Blofield, who are always top notch in our experience. That’s why we have been customers for many years. I see that they have now merged so I hope Gerald Giles does not try to interfere with the Snellings way of running. Snellings is a time honoured business and always puts its customers first, let’s not spoil that. And NO, I have no other connection other than being a customer.”

“Called for an engineer to fix my dishwasher but unfortunately it was beyond repair. The engineer showed me exactly what was wrong. Purchased a Bloomberg Integrated Dishwasher. Never heard of the manufacturer but the Adviser at Snellings was extremely helpful and informative. So far very pleased with the product. The two men who came to install it were also brilliant. I paid extra for fitting and although it was not completely straightforward they carried on without complaint and sorted it all out perfectly. I had removed the necessary kick boards before they came and it wasn’t until after they had left I realised they’d even put those back. All round every aspect of my dealing with Snellings gave excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“Our kitchenaid kettle broke after 6 years and out of warranty. no longer stocked by John Lewis and after a quick google search found Gerald Giles, stocking cheaper than anywhere else and with free delivery so ordered expecting a week to deliver and arrived the following morning ! Very pleased indeed and will definitely now use again for all electrical needs. 1st class”
