“The service was excellent; the toaster arrived the day after I ordered it. However, the toaster I ordered was cream but the one that arrived was red so I need to send it back.”

“I ordered a high-end Panasonic combination microwave for my mother at a very competitive price online and the sale was supported with excellent pre- & post-customer service by telephone to discuss the finer details of the delivery and to ensure that the associated warranty documentation would be in my mother's name. It is very reassuring to know that I can speak with helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salespeople in today's rather anonymous ''computer says no'' world. I was also very happy to find that they use the excellent DPD delivery service, which was (as always) very fast with superb notifications and the delivery driver was patient, courteous and helpful while my mother checked the contents of the box after spotting a minor ding in the packaging. My mother is delighted with the microwave and all-in-all it has been an excellent purchasing experience!”

“I have to say it is with a breath of fresh air to come across this company who gave excellent service. I e-mailed them to enquire if the item was in stock at 13.09pm, 3 minutes later they replied to say it was. I placed my order straight away and the order was shipped that very afternoon. I received the order the next lunchtime via DHL. Brilliant”

“I was impressed with the speed at which my order reached me, 2 days instead of the 3/5 working days advised, and the price saving offered. The Kitchen Aid food processor delivered to me is a fantastic help since I have arthritic hands which make vegetable preparation extremely painful. The accessory is of the usual high standard of Kitchen Aid equipment.”
