“The website was clear and the description was good. The price was fantastic and ordering, communications phase was great. I would not hesitate in ordering from Snellings Gerald Giles. A decisive factor for me was the courier used (I'm very happy with the likes of DHL and DPD) so was pleased when the former was delivering. Don't underestimate the impact of the courier on your reputation. The Dyson itself has restored my faith in Dyson vacuums. It is powerful, the battery last and ordering a spare filter is my lesson learned.”

“Excellent communication and speedy delivery. Never used the company before and as attracted by the price of the product being much cheaper than other eletrical stores. I shall definetely use them again after a very positive experience. Ordered the item on Saturday afternoon and had it buy the Tuesday morning without paying anything for delivery. Got the item £120 cheaper than the RRP.”
