“Purchased some Bose Surround Speakers that were not in stock locally to me. I ordered them midday and received them the following day by a courier company they use. Excellent service from Gerald Giles and their Courier and at a competitive price.”

“Ordered a mixer paddle for a kitchen aid mixer. Received a phone call to inform me it was not in stock and would I like to wait or they would refund my money. As I was in no rush I waited. Paddle arrived 10 days later and is brilliant. Much cheaper than buying direct from the kitchen aid store. Brilliant service and great communication. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“We purchased a new Miele washing machine 20 months ago to replace one which was still functioning after 19 years without needing any repair/servicing. Sadly the new one while all singing and dancing clearly prefers to be fed Miele’s own brand detergents and conditioners. Obtaining these from you is easy - very clear and simple web-site and quick delivery - thank you”

“Overall, exceedingly pleased with Gerald Giles. Orders always arrive promptly and well packaged. Assistants in the shop and on the phone are always extremely helpful! I would like to see some discount or vouchers to regular customers!”
