“Unfortunately the mixer had a very minor fault when it arrived. I was so impressed with the way it was quickly picked up by the courier to be returned, and replaced within a couple of days. I can't praise them enough for their customer service, it was excellent, thanks especially to Shani who was my contact. I'm so glad I bought from Snellings and look forward to many years with my beautiful Kitchenaid mixer.”

“I’ve never purchased from snellings gerald Giles before I looked on the net for some reviews and they came back very favourable, so I ordered the microwave from them.The whole transaction was very smooth and I was kept informed of when the item was despatched and a tracking number, outstanding customer service.I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.”

“I had a really good experience. The items I ordered were out of stock (which was made clear on the website and included the anticipated date of the items being back in stock). Very shortly after placing the order, there was an email advising me of when they would be back in stock (sooner than expected) and when they would be dispatched. Email communication all along was good, professional and not excessive. The items arrived as promised and well packaged. Very happy with the service.”

“Unfortunately the machine I purchased online is no longer available so I have had to order a slightly more expensive one , would be an idea to update the website before taking customers money I don’t know when the new machine will be in stock so can’t write a proper review”
