“Did an internet search for a new Dyson vacuum. Found this company by doing that. They had the machine I wanted which was out of stock with Dyson, and at the same competitive price. Ordered it as a result. The vacuum was shipped within a couple of days. I was kept up to date with email. Very satisfied with the service from this company, and would recommend.”

“I called Gerald Giles after reading positive Trust Pilot reviews. I wanted to make sure the item I wanted was in stock & to ensure it was the item I’d wanted. The customer service was great. So was the price for the item & delivery was certainly fast. I was kept in the loop for despatch & delivery. Which I really appreciated. It was an all-round amazing service & I’d thoroughly recommend Snellings Gerald Giles for customer service, delivery & brilliant prices.”

“Bought to replace a hotpoint which only lasted 5 months and their service is appalling so I changed to this Panasonic, not only is it bigger but the delivery was fast arriving a day before the actual date.”
