“I am ever so pleased with my kitchen aid pastry beater which included a free additional pastry book, Great finds to be had. my online shopping experience was made really easy and thought Gerald Giles/Snellings to be a lovely company to buy from, I experienced a very smooth transaction and my parcel was packed really well, the delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend and encourage any customers reading this to use Gerald Giles as the service was really brilliant. 😀”

“When the Dryer was unpacked by the delivery Crew it was found to be dented . On the positive side another machine was delivered 3 days later. We were advised beforehand when we were recontacted by phone that the replacement machine would be checked before it was loaded onto the van to assure that it too wasn'tdamaged. This did not happen as the machine packing was untouched . However I am quite happy to give 5 stars since both delivery crews were great on all levels.”

“This is my first purchase from the Company, and I am extremely impressed. Confirmation of my order was not only immediate, but was relayed to the courier immediately too, and within a couple of hours I was notified that the delivery would be the next day. I did not pay for express delivery. I was kept informed throughout of the time of delivery, and the order arrived on time. Not only that, but it was by far the best price available.”
