“The item arrived safely and in good time. However, the assembly instructions were not clear. it would have helped if the manufacturer had a diagram of what was included. It took us some time to work out that ‘light cable’ meant a cable that was not heavy rather than one that powered a light!”

“Good service when visiting their shop. Manager very courteous and also knowledgeable re the TV I was interested in buying. Price was competitive with other retailers in the area. The only slight disappointment I have is that the installer was clearly in a hurry to get to his next job, and I would have welcomed more of his time in taking me through the TV's facilities.”

“Good service as always. BUT we only required a bulb to be fitted to a built in microwave and the charge for this was extremely expensive , so provide your own at about one fifth of the charge they made .”
