“Good at point of selling, although a little mislead about the doors to our oven being triple glazed it is not. Delivered at the time and place promised. Special thanks to the fitting staff”

“A fridge freezer was bought and delivered but it was too big. Without hesitation Snellings took it back and sourced one of the correct size. Their service was very good.”

“Excellent customer service in store for purchase Fitters not very helpful Machines not fitted as required They were not prepared to answer any questions & gave the impression they wanted to get away not to help us After sales leaves a little to be desired We did not receive the chemicals for the Dish Washer which meant it could not be used until they arrived There has been NO personal backup of any sort This is all very surprising on a purchase of £2700 We came to you because you were Independent with a good reputation !!”

“To whom it may concern. Despite some initial uncertainty, it turned out that Robert Bosch Hausgeräte GmbH did indeed still manufacture its 80cm 5-zone, frameless, induction hob, so our order was placed with the Gerald Giles store (opposite John Lewis) Norwich. This hob replaced a ca. 8-year old, 4-zone Bosch induction hob, the glass top of which had suffered irreparable accidental damage caused by a full condiment jar toppling on to it from a height of approximately 2ft. The knowledgeable and helpful Gerald Giles' staff were able to source, supply, deliver and fit the new 5-zone Bosch Induction hob model to our complete satisfaction, all for £800.00. (Luckily for us the hob was reduced due to it being a 'Black Friday price')”

“Good service nice freindly staff cooker installed on date agreed but the reason i have not put very good is i had to small scratches where the cooker fitted into my units, i dont suppose it could be helped but thecto men who fitted it where very polite and did the job very quick which was good.If i ever need anything else i would use you again Thank you Mr M J Edgar.”

“Staff at the Gerard Giles store were knowledgeable and helpful when I went to choose a new cooker hood to replace one which had repeatedly broken down (bought from a well known department store). I chose a Bosch model, which had to be ordered. Gerard Giles price matched for me, so I got a very good price. The cooker hood arrived within the time frame quoted and I arranged delivery and installation. I was disappointed to receive a phone call, the day before, to rearrange this, but this was the only setback in the process and is why I've given 4 stars rather than 5. I'd give 4 and a half if that was an option. The engineer arrived on time to install the cooker hood. He was pleasant and obviously interested in doing a good job. (This contrasts with the engineers, sent out on behalf of the well known department store, for my previous cooker hood). I am really pleased with the Bosch cooker hood. It's quiet and effective. Fingers crossed that it's more durable than its predecessor from the well known department store!”
