“service from shop very good, but still waiting for engineer to contact re set up of TV have chased but still awaiting app for engineer to return to complete set up re Freeview play and set up off bluetooth/head phones.”

“Having seen a fridge-freezer we wanted on-line, we visited the store in Norwich where staff were friendly and helpful and we purchased it and arranged delivery. Unfortunately, on unpacking we realised the wrong colour had been sent. The crew were very apologetic and arranged for a replacement to be delivered at a later date; - it arrived about one hour later(!!), delivered by the man who had made the error during picking and he immediately owned up and apologised. We paid to have our old large fridge-freezer removed and this was done by the original team -£30 well spent. Overall very satisfied with the "old-fashioned" customer care and we would use Gerald Giles again. Thanks to all.”

“I phoned with an enquiry, re a washing machine. The man called Paul was helpful and answered my questions. Which led to my purchase. The 2 men who delivered, were polite and clean workers. So happy all round.”

“As ever the usual excellent service, as expected. My only little niggle was that whist on Neff’s website I realised I was eligible for a ‘cash back’ on my integrated fridge/freezer. I’m awaiting a £70 credit from Neff. This sadly was not pointed out at point of sale. Thank you.”

“Very quick service to the Miele Steam Oven , sad that it kept registering fault after the valve and water container changed . Went to service dept on Friday and was ready to be delivered again on the Monday . Been very pleased it is working well ( touch wood ) Thank you very much , it was good service !”
