“The company itself has good communication and sent the Vax product I ordered. However the vax steam cleaner does not work in that their is no steam/ no heat to produce steam. Extremely disappointed. Just want to return and full refund. Will not be buying vax product again. Company have not contacted re return refund as yet”

“Super that you stock all the Miele products but it would be five stars if you did not use Royal Mail to deliver. They take days and days to make the delivery - a courier such as DPD or Evri woukd be next day.”

“I ordered lots of Miele accessories: dishwasher powder, washing machine liquid, hoover bags, etc. The order was sent promptly, and was well packed. Most helpfully, it was packed in several smaller boxes rather than squashed into one ridiculously heavy, large box. There were a couple of missing items, so I phoned. A real person answered the phone almost immediately; within an hour the missing items had been despatched and I'd had an email apologising and telling me the items had been sent. Excellent service, as ever.”

“I rang Snellings to enquire about a freezer I had seen online, he was so helpful and answered all my questions with a very friendly attitude. Ordered online and was told I would hear within 48hrs when delivery was. Received the call delivery arranged and was kept informed Driver phoned to say he was 15 mins away, lovely helpful delivery, could not fault anything from start to finish. Would happily recommend Snellings and would definitely use them again.”

“Amazing product was so happy with it when I redo it! However nowhere did it say on ordering that the billing address and delivery address had to match meaning we had to order it and cancel it numerous times before ringing and then telling us (even though we had rung them about this previously) But was worth it in the end”

“Miele tumble dryer £130 call out charge .Took the dryer back to the workshop phoned to say the repair would be £830 did not have it repaired as a brand new one was about £900 . My friends and family said they seemed it was a lot of money .Phoned Miele they said basically they have no control over what Snellings can charge .Will not buy Miele again and hope that Snellings bill of £960 was being honest with me and its future customers”

Thank you Mr Matthews for taking the time to leave a review, it is much appreciated. We are sorry your Miele tumble dryer has failed. Upon investigation we can see your dryer was in need of a major part, being the base module. This is the most expensive part of a tumble dryer. The base module would have needed stripping down to then be reassembled once repaired. This would have incurred an additional labour charge due to the time element of the repair. At this point, we agreed the tumble dryer was beyond economical repair. We do always give a full breakdown of any repair to allow the customer to make an informed decision regarding any repair.
