“Easy ordering process. I was advised our washing machine would arrive 3 days after ordering but received a phone call saying they had had a cancellation and could deliver on the 2nd day which was amazing & I was very grateful. The delivery men were on time, friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience and would thoroughly recommend.”

“We wanted to upgrade and add a new kitchenaid mixer and knew we wanted pink. A quick Google search and we came across Gerald Giles and a mixer at an incredible price........with a free gift too. Reviews looked great so in the Friday morning I paid for the Saturday delivery. I'm always super impatient and knew I'd be home on Saturday. Had an email to say dispatched in plenty of time....then came the email from.the delivery people. The item had been recieved but they were delivering on Monday. I assumed an error but on the Saturday morning I googled a phone number for Gerald Giles and was met with the most helpful of assistants. He apologised, confirmed it should have been a Saturday delivery and that he would try to contact the delivery company. That he hoped we'd recieve that day but that someone would follow up call on Monday. Fast forward.....Monday morning Gerald Giles calls me as advised and refunded me delivery. Couldn't be more helpful. Item arrived later in the day. Even with the delivery hiccup we couldn't be happier. 100% recommend”
