“We needed a heater replacement on our dishwasher, booked engineer paid £66.was told this covered 1 hour labour. Engineer arrived spent half hour just to tell us we needed new heater but had to order part. Engineer called later with estimate of £155+ including part. 1 hour allowed to do job. Also dishwasher was left with bottom panel loose because side bottom panel left not screwed in. Got job done locally for half that, so wasted £66. Would not recommend snellings. Was misled and I had said at first contact I did not want to spend more than £150 as I would rather buy new machine”

I understand our Service Manager spoke with you to explain the dishwasher part charges and that our call out charge covers up to one hours labour. “After paying £98 for a call out visit to look at my Microwave/0ven ,which I had to chase for, I was given a repair price of £600. I then asked about price for a replacement seal for my double oven. I was given a cost of £240 - which seemed a lot but I need this oven working at full capacity so I said to go ahead please with the seal only and order. To date, I have heard absolutely nothing more from them - now over a month on. Not very happy with the service- not what I expected from Gerald Giles/Snelling’s who we use as they are local and like to support local businesses. Having explained about the delay and fitting the new seal for free I am now satisfied with their response.”

“Having looked online for a KitchenAid hand blender for a while, I came upon this company who were selling this at a reasonable price in a sale compared to Amazon and Argos. The website was easy to use and the communication was very good. To date, I have used it a few times and very pleased with it. A company I would recommend!”

“Ordered the Kitchen Aid 2-slice toaster late Thursday afternoon and it was with me by 13:20 the next day. Was kept informed where the toaster was at all times. Excellent service, excellent price too.”

“Ordered a hoover over New Year so knew we had to wait until they were back open again but their communication regarding when the item would be sent and then when the item was sent was great - and we didn’t have to wait very long. I would definitely buy from them again.”
