“We were happy with our purchase. The price was comparable to other retailers and the item was delivered in good condition. My only complaint was the length of time it took to come. However I assume that this was due to the current crisis. We were kept informed of the due delivery, this reassured us.”

“I found David the salesperson very very helpful. He answered all the questions I had in reference to the different tumble dryers. The website is very good and easy to use. I shall be buying from them again soon.”

“Excellent customer service. The product I ordered unfortunately wasn't in stock, however they called me very quickly to explain this and offered some alternative options. I decided to wait for the original product which eventually arrived a couple of weeks later. I sent one email to chase the delivery of this and had a reply from a member of the team within minutes. Thank you!”
