“The dishwasher we were considering purchasing was no longer available but Shani was so helpful in suggesting 3 other options that would suit our needs. Her communication both on the phone and via email was excellent and her customer service skills were great. The team that delivered and installed both the dishwasher and washing machine were polite, arrived when they said they would and completed both installations in a timely manner leaving no mess. We have used Gerald Giles in the past and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Would totally recommend them to anyone.”

“Always great service from this company. I got a phone call when I placed my order to say there would be a slight delay with delivery which made me feel that they do care about their customers. As it happened the order arrived within the original timescale. Would definitely recommend.”

“Purchased washing machine on-line at the weekend - no problems. Received a call Monday to arrange delivery date. On the day it was delivered by a couple of cheerful gentlemen. They arrived when they said and disconnected my old broken machine; then unpacked, connected and tested the new one, tidied up and left. All as it should be!”
