“Was looking for a particular item and found it online in a couple of places, this business being one. I’m always happy to pay a little extra and support the smaller businesses over big corporates so was even more happy to find it cheaper at this place than far bigger rivals. The service was super quick - it was delivered the very next day! Was kept up to date with dispatch and tracking etc. and it was very well packaged. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again - very happy customer 😁”

“Dualit 3 in 1 Espress-Auto Coffee & Tea machine Superb service from Snellings Gerald Giles, easy to use website, offered most competitive price and received my order within 3 days. The machine is well known to us as it’s the third machine in 10 years. I bough two this time, one for my daughter. Happy to recommend and will use SGG again”

We do like to 'keep in touch' by email from order to delivery, to keep our customers informed. However, following dispatch from us, you should have received confirmation that DHL had your order, along with a timeframe advising you when it would be out for delivery. It certainly should not have been left in your garage. We do insist our orders are delivered to the doorstep only, to be received by the customer.
