“One of the few retailers in the UK to stock the item I was specifically looking to purchase. A quality, brand name item that would appeal to older, radio oriented customers. “1 good and friendly customer service. I needed to know which hoover bag to buy for the Miele hoover, didn’t wait long on telephone line and the customer service had the answer right away 2. Fast del in very and item well packed. Good parcel tracking system so I knew exactly when it was arriving, arrived in 4 days after ordering Proceed improvement suggestion; Perhaps add related items at the bottom of the product page so people can add them to shopping cart. In my case, if the hoover bag was suggested for the hoover it would have saved me and you 20 min effort on calling and finding out info”

“Right price, right product , well packaged , but delivered to the wrong address and accepted by the occupant at that address!! I was notified by email that the item had been delivered , which alerted me of the mistake . I had to search the area where I live to trace my item. For your records, my address is: flat 9 block 3 Cypress ave. Sheffield S88BN Frances Roman.”
