“Very good sales service. I knew what I wanted and it was in stock but the member of staff identified a similar but slightly improved version as an alternative for a very small difference in cost. Delivery arrived on the day stated at the tie stated. What's not to like?”

“Outstanding service Having searched locally for ages for this product, I was beginning to despair of ever finding one available to buy - it was needed for a birthday present and time was running out. So many places were out of stock but I found it online and stock with Gerald Giles . They assured me it would arrive in time and true to their word, it did. Please pass on my thanks to Charlie who I spoke to on the phone , it was a pleasure to deal with such a lovely company.”
