“Very good Nathan was very helpful and couldn't fault him. The two guys who came to install the tv etc were excellent. Ben was very understanding of our age and not being very techno explained in easy steps how to use the equipment. Excellent all round.”

“I approached Snellings for help with our charity to provide a flat screen tv for our young people to use in our trading room. The company provided a grant from their trust and then supplied a really nice Sony tv.”

“Helpful and informed staff in the shop. The two guys who installed the washing machine and dishwasher were excellent and went to a lot of trouble to ensure the two integrated appliances were fitted correctly, realigning and adjusting kick boards, etc. All packaging and mess cleared away too.”

“Firstly, Snellings is a great place to visit, browse, leave if you wish as no pressure to buy or simply purchase what you went there for originally. Great setting, even better parking, stress less shopping at Snellings is a pleasure. Primarily dealt with Nathan ( Showroom Manager ) who’s approach to selling is one I admire - absolutely no pressure, has time to deal with any amount of questions you may have no matter how deep your wallet may be, even offers a home visit, small fee payable. All staff very pleasant, very knowledgable, very simply a great place to see a vast array of appliances whatever budget you have to spend. One might say it’s retail therapy as it used to be.”

“I was sourcing 7 Miele appliances for a new kitchen; I came across Snellings through the Miele website. Their service could not have been bettered: they sourced all the appliances I needed, including ones they did not stock; gave me a fantastic price; were incredibly helpful about holding the products until I needed them; had a pleasant and friendly delivery team. I felt as if nothing was too much trouble for them. I will certainly use them for all future electrical purchases. To summarise - just brilliant.”

“We are newly resident in North Norfolk and needed to replace our cooker at short notice. Gerald Giles' name came up in our internet search and we found their staff, their service and their delivery second to none. The gentlemen who delivered and installed were also most helpful. All in all, an excellent service which I would thoroughly recommend.”
