“Gerald Giles was one of the “shopping” results on Google when I was looking for a particular product. They had the best price, but I hadn’t heard of them before so I was a bit cautious but I didn’t need to be - the product was as described, the delivery was super-quick and the overall service was excellent. “the vacuum cleaner is fine and was dispatched on time, UNFORTUNATELY THEY CHOSE TO USE DHL TO DELIVER IT, THEY DELIVERED TO A HOUSE ON A DIFFERENT ROAD WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER ABOUT HALF A MILE AWAY THEN IGNORED US WHEN WE COMPLAINED.”
