“An excellent service from start to finish. Trying to locate a Ninja Air Fryer which are in great demand at the moment I was pleased to be able to order one from the website. I contacted the store about delivery and was told stock was being delivered and I would be sent one which arrived today via DHL. Brilliant service, thank you”

“Was told they physically had the item in stock and it was to be delivered with in two days.. when they never had the item in stock and did not know when the next delivery was due. Got my ninja cooker from Argos in the end which was delivered a day early on a Sunday. Appalling is all I can say.”

“What can I say ... Amazing will definitely use them again, fantastic customer service, delivery quicker than quick, item I purchased was a Dyson V8 and packaged and sealed a great price and a great company. I will never go back to the large conglomerates if I want anything electrical I will always go back to Gerald Giles, just Superb in everyway possible, thank you”
