“Human error meant the wrong item was sent to us Dyson V8 not the ordered V8 Absolute that has additional attachments. However the 5 Stars is down to the efficient and professional way my subsequent phone call was handled by David Smith resulting in a replacement being arranged very quickly.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered in the morning and received my food processor the very next day. Also, it was the best price on the web, even beating Kitchenaid. I have used my new processor a couple of times already and love it. It took a while to get used to stacking the cartridge and tidying the accessories away, but I got used to it pretty quick. A lot quieter than my old ancient Kenwood. The pulse is a bit of a shock as it’s quite noisy Will definitely be shopping here again though ❤️”

“I was really impressed by how fast Gerald Giles processed my order for a KitchenAid Ice Cream maker. I place my order at 4pm and had the parcel in my hands at 3.30pm the next day. The price I paid was most competetive and they included a free book on Ice cream making as well. Will definately shop here again.”

“Excellent, I needed a miele coffee machine care kit, which I tried to order direct from miele , which seemed somewhat impossible so I found the same one from Snellings which was easy and quick to order online and delivered very quickly. Just what I wanted, perfect, thank you Snellings”
