“I ordered the items prior to 3pm on a Friday afternoon and paid £12.99 for Saturday delivery. This did not take place and the items were delivered on Monday, with no apology or offer of my delivery charge to be refunded. I will have to contact the firm myself and request a refund.”

“Was a bit nervous ordering from them as the heater was £100 cheaper than off Dyson site. Absolutely no problem. Great communication. Sent via DHL and always updated. Would definitely order from them again.”
