“Good service nice freindly staff cooker installed on date agreed but the reason i have not put very good is i had to small scratches where the cooker fitted into my units, i dont suppose it could be helped but thecto men who fitted it where very polite and did the job very quick which was good.If i ever need anything else i would use you again Thank you Mr M J Edgar.”

“Staff at the Gerard Giles store were knowledgeable and helpful when I went to choose a new cooker hood to replace one which had repeatedly broken down (bought from a well known department store). I chose a Bosch model, which had to be ordered. Gerard Giles price matched for me, so I got a very good price. The cooker hood arrived within the time frame quoted and I arranged delivery and installation. I was disappointed to receive a phone call, the day before, to rearrange this, but this was the only setback in the process and is why I've given 4 stars rather than 5. I'd give 4 and a half if that was an option. The engineer arrived on time to install the cooker hood. He was pleasant and obviously interested in doing a good job. (This contrasts with the engineers, sent out on behalf of the well known department store, for my previous cooker hood). I am really pleased with the Bosch cooker hood. It's quiet and effective. Fingers crossed that it's more durable than its predecessor from the well known department store!”
