We can see at the point of your ordering this item we were expecting stock to arrive within a few days as was stated on our website. There was then a three week delay announced which unfortunately we had no control over, and which we informed you of without delay. I am sorry on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your order. “I've always been very impressed with this company. I have ordered from them several times and am very satisfied. Online ordering is easy, you are kept well informed about the order and delivery and the goods have always arrived in perfect condition. I'm also pleased that they only send a few emails, unlike some companies that think you need one every other day. Keep up the good work one very satisfied customer here.”

“IT'S GOOD TO BE ABLE TO ORDER THE DETERGENTS DIRECT FROM A BUSINESS DEALING WITH SUCH A COMMODITY. THEY CONTACT US BEFORE WE RUN OUT SO EVERYTHING RUNS WELL. IT MAY AT TIMES BE ONLY A VERY SMALL PROFIT FOR THEM, BUT IT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BY ME - AND I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.”

“Unfortunately the mixer had a very minor fault when it arrived. I was so impressed with the way it was quickly picked up by the courier to be returned, and replaced within a couple of days. I can't praise them enough for their customer service, it was excellent, thanks especially to Shani who was my contact. I'm so glad I bought from Snellings and look forward to many years with my beautiful Kitchenaid mixer.”
