I ordered the black Dyson V11, it arrived within a few days. Can’t fault the ordering process, delivery arrived within specified day/timeslot.
On unboxing, there were a few scuffs to the black pile of the V11 which I’m not overly impressed about for a brand new product. Unfortunately as my other hoover had already gave up on me and I didn’t want the time or effort of contacting customer services to arrange a return/refund I have kept it.
