“From the start of me phoning to report my Miele washing machine needing to be seen by an engineer and speaking to Phil Canessa, through to my machine being 'written off' and Domestic & General agreeing to give me cash towards a new Miele, Phil has assisted in getting me a new machine as quickly as possible and kept us advised through the process. I am very pleased with the customer service from Gerald Giles, and indeed with my new Miele! Thank you.”

“Service was excellent. Have always found Gerald Giles to be reliable and helpful and this was the same. Installation and delivery by Snellings of Blofield (arranged by Gerald Giles ) was excellent too. The 2 men who removed our old washing machine and installed the new were efficient, quiet, friendly and informative.”

“Went onto the website but was not sure about the model chosen so phoned to enquire. Was given very good advice and the item was delivered on the date and time agreed. Very courteous delver men who took away all packaging materials. Subsequently phoned to check I was happy. Used Gerald Giles before and more than happy to recommend”

“Phil was incredibly helpful, and got very competitive prices for the items I wanted. I needed delivery on a specific day and he arranged this quickly & easily. He kept me up to date with my order progress too. The guy that delivered the items I ordered was also very helpful. All in all, fantastic service, would highly recommend.”

“I find that G Giles staff are knowledgeable on all the products which they sell, be it a small appliance or a range cooker. The staff are friendly and the after sales service goes far beyond anything experienced in nearby large chain branches. Home installation quickly and efficiently and I have no hesitation in recommending their business to anyone.”

“We were amazed at the brilliant assortment of stock at Snellings - why anyone would go to one of the chain stores amazes me when this superb showroom is so local. The whole shopping experience with Snellings was simple and hassle free. The sales staff were knowledgable and extremely helpful - we were away after placing our order but they stored the new washing machine for a couple of weeks until we could take delivery. Delivery was exactly as arranged within a window of a couple of hours - delivery men were brilliant and made sure we were happy before they left. We will definitely use Snellings again!”

“Men who came to deliver and fit were brilliant when the found problems in getting old machine out and fitting the new one. They took lots of trouble and never made me feel a nuisance or that I was holding them up.”

“When we entered the showroom we were met by Anthony who asked what we were interested in and I said I was taken by a television set that I had seen while in John Mills the previous day, and we had just dropped in to see how comperable Snelling were Having itemised the particular set which you had on show and was very good value, However we noticed from your selection which was exellent a very striking set which took our eye and Anthony explained that that particular set was last years model and as such had been marked down quite an amount, after some considderation we decided to go ahead and order one, When it was delivered and set up by your very capable engineer who confirmed that we had got a very good deal when told what we had paid for it,we were more than happy with our purchase and delighted to be enjoying the same ever since and yes very satisfied with the service we have had while dealing with your company thank you very much.”
