“Very easy to do on line”

“Only just joined on-line (1 hour ago) which was very easy. No experience of the recovery service yet....and hope never have need to use it, but nice to know it's there should you need it.”

“This review is purely based upon the online joining process which is very simple. Enter the main policy holders details including name, address, telephone and DOB and then the name and DOB for any additional family members. Pricing structure is simple as are the product sheets explaining EXTRA v RECLAIM products.”

Dear GEM Member, Thank you for posting your review. We do not take vehicle details as it's the policyholders covered driving any private car , or motorcycle. we also cover small vans (up to 2500kg GVW) some motorhomes/campers. Hope this clarifies. Kind Regards. The GEM Team.

“A little difficulty with the website at first - probably finger trouble on my part - but how refreshing not to receive a pile of leaflets about car, house, drains, travel insurance plus apps for this and that. All very straightforward and simple - thank you.”
