“I've been happy with the service when I've needed to use GEM. Reliable and efficient. The only grumble was that the prices increase every year and new customers get a way better deal than existing members. It's is slowly getting too expensive. Please give good deals to new customers as well as new ones!”

“This review is based on my signup experience. So far so good. Straight forward. Easy. I have not had to call them out yet as I've only just signed up, so have no idea how good GEM customer service is.”

“Having had to use the breakdown service while the car was parked outside the house we were happy with the response time to the call. We were taken aback by the call from GEM's contractor demanding payment even before the rescue vehicle had arrived which was repeated when the engine cut out immediately after the first rescue vehicle had left and a second had to be sent. However all was settled by GEM without delay.”

“We got a better price than our previous provider , and although I was unable to access the doc's immediately and had to ring Gem I was provided with a link to get them so all was well”

“so far so good! easy to use the website, reading the reviews they were quite positive and seems good value for money... hopefully won't need breakdown but at least we are covered now, will write another review if we use the breakdown cover.”
