“Helpful telephone staff. I was kept informed while I was waiting for help. Friendly recovery man arrived and moved car for us. His diagnosis of the fault was wrong but we have since had the car fixed by our garage.”

“Had cause to call on GEM Breakdown recently and cannot compliment the service more highly from the call taker to the breakdown truck operative. They deal with you promptly ,efficiently and the e/t/a time given is normally accurate Keep up the good work”

“All OK so far, covers my car and bikes plus trailers and also can be used in an accident unlike AA etc. Not had to use it yet thankfully !”

“Does what it says on the tin. I have used it on a few occasions and it worked very well, paid the man, submitted my claim and received payment by return of post. Great service and all at a very reasonable price.”

“We've been with GEM for a number of years and whenever we've needed them, which thankfully isn't too often, they have provided a first class service. They have always been prompt and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend them.”

“Luckily only had to use them once so far but was very impressed with the service they provided. They were very quick to answer the phone, very reassuring and got help to me within one hour. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact my husband has transferred his breakdown cover to them.”
