“Called them out once to date. Call centre answered quickly, told me that help would be with me within an hour and it was. I like the fact that they don't put fees up by ridiculous amounts to existing members.”

“Chose to look at GEM as they had come out top in an independent review. I spoke to a Lovely lady on the Sales team and decided to go for the overall package straight away rather than look around further . I feel there is a lot on offer for the money . Thank you”

“During the time that I have been a member of GEM I have called upon the service 3 or 4 times. The great thing is that help arrives much more quickly than the other large rescue organizations. I have called on garages that were local to the area I was in at the time and, of course, paid at the time. Recovery of the cost involved was by immediate return after I had submitted my claim. The fee for GEM is also much more reasonable than for the big national organizations. I have, and would again, recommended GEM to friends and relatives.”

“Concerned that I had let my membership lapse I emailed GEM on Sunday and received a phone-call from GEM on Monday. I found that I had let it lapse and while on the phone was quickly and efficiently made a member again.”

“i phoned up GEM to renew policy and got a person............straight away......no automated system at all! Service has also been great. had one break down last year and all deal with very well! 100 percent recommend”

“I found the whole process quite painless.So far seems ok,I've been with AA for years,other reviews all seem satisfied .Good price for complete package,hopefully I won't need them but feel comfortable with everything . Dave , Launceston Cornwall .”
