“have been a member of gem before and have found them very good when thing go wrong with your car and would strongly recomend Gem,my famiiy members have also used them and and also say they have been very good.”

“Prompt answer to my initial call and assistance arrived within an hour during peak rush hour. I was on my way within 15 mins of the mechanic arriving and could deliver the car to my local garage before it shut.”

“Rescued from layby ten miles from home when ignition inadvertently immobilised. Twenty minutes until pick-up and no fuss return to home. Quick refund of fee from GEM afterwards. Telephone staff lady on renewal this week helpful, patient and professional - a pleasure to deal with, in contrast to too many recent dealings with contacts from other companies.”

“My current car insurer only provides breakdown (at extra cost) for each of my two cars. With GEM I can cover any car in which I am driving, at a lower overall cost.”

“I was looking to change my Car Breakdown Assist provider and looked through the internet at various options and GEM seemed to have the best industry reviews, not the cheapest but not the dearest and I thought for the service provided it was value for money.”

“We got back to Manchester Airport after a week away to find the car battery was flat. We were in Jet 3 car park. It was around 11pm. I made a call to GEM and within about 15 minutes the recovery vehicle turned up. He soon got the car started and we were away. The whole process was easy.”
