“I have so far never had to call on GEM for assistance but in the time I have been a member I have always found them efficient and informative. Their membership charges are excellent in comparison with other organisations especially taking into account the legal cover included which in itself reduces the premium by not having to pay for it on the car insurance.”

“I needed to alter my cover the lady that helped me with my enquiry was very efficient and helpful, she told me I would receive an email within 4hrs and able to access my online documents. Sure enough true to her word I received my email. Excellent service this is one of the reasons I have been with GEM for over 10 years Thank you Gem”
