“I haven't had to use GEM Motoring Assist yet in my two years of membership (fortunately my car has been 100% reliable), but I've spoken to their customer services team and they were both friendly and supremely helpful. They get excellent customer reviews, and their price was very competitive, so I'd be happy to recommend them to other motorists.”

“My policy was due for renewal so I had plenty of warning with friendly e-mails and quotes. When I called to discuss renewing my policy and changing it to a joint membership, the staff a spoke to were very helpful. When I called back a week later to renew my policy, the operator knew exactly what I had been quoted and so we renewed without all the fuss and the normal questions and answers game so many companies have today. Excellent company and excellent service. We've been with them for a few years now and they are always first class.”
