“It was cheap to begin with, but the telematics plug-in is a hassle as there's not much reception when it's overcast. I've had no money off so I'm tempted to switch companies at my renewal date as it's not providing what I was advertised.”

“The system had errors which meant I had to justify removing the device in the first 2-3 months, despite never having removed it. Also, the payments are not clear, I was told by email or text that I was getting a refund but I would prefer a statement of payments and refunds as I can't find the refund on my bank account”

“Everything has been fine - abit frustrating how the app works sometimes as it can give what I believe to be false data . The fact that I was cleaning my car and the device had stopped working so I took it out, cleaned it and put it back in to receive an email saying I’ve breached my insurance contract was fairly unnecessary”

“Wise driving has not made me happy for the simple reason being is that I am a hgv driver and the box affect my working life as there is a curfew on my box I can understand for young drives but I am 27 years old so that's my reason for not ring happy best regards Sean”
